1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • France

  • Canada

3. Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (Free Worldwide Shipping Available)

  • Shipping times start after dispatch, not order date

  • Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or external factors


4. Shipping Fees

  • We offer Free Shipping on most orders

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout


5. Carriers

We work with trusted international and local carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • Royal Mail

  • La Poste

  • UPS / FedEx

Carrier selection depends on destination and logistics optimization.


6. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear, which is normal.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

  • We cannot modify addresses once shipped

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may not be refundable


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

A package is considered lost if:

  • No tracking updates for 15+ days

If your package is lost, we will:

  • Send a replacement OR

  • Issue a refund


9. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos

We will offer a replacement or refund.


10. Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped under a shipment contract.

👉 Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.


11. Order Cancellation

  • Before shipping: full refund available

  • After shipping: must follow return policy
